Refund policy
If you purchase an item you agree that payments made through our website are made at your own risk.
Our products are either made by hand or vintage/antique and therefore will show signs of use, wear and tear and uniqueness. We have made every effort to display or design them as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Our ceramic pieces and shades are made by hand, and so each piece may vary slightly in their design or colour. With our ceramics, there will be slight imperfections as they are all made by hand and colours can vary from piece to piece. We cannot guarantee they will be identical to the one shown on our website.
If there are any problems with your order, we have a 14 day return policy on all non-bespoke items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyer pays for return postage. Unfortunately, bespoke, made to order and commissioned pieces are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A full refund excluding delivery will be offered and will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
To start a return, you can contact us at rosiegoreinteriors@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you'll need to send it back to us for our inspection. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note if an item is returned to us by the shipping courier because they were unable to deliver it, it was not collected from a delivery/sorting office, or because delivery was refused, then a cost for re-delivery will be charged. This applies for both UK and international orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item arrives damaged please contact rosiegoreinteriors@gmail.com. Please keep the item and its original packaging. Please photograph the item and the packaging and send to us via email as we will need this to raise a claim. On receipt, we will send a replacement out or a refund for vintage items. We can not process any claims without clear photographs of both the item and packaging. Please make sure that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item else we can not guarantee a replacement and a claim can not be made. If you do not keep the original packaging and are unable to take the sufficient photos needed to make a compensation claim with the shipping carrier used we will be unable to give a refund as we will not be able to make a claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom, commissioned and made to order pieces cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns for unwanted orders.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will deliver the items to the address you specify for delivery in your order, and therefore it is essential that this is correct. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
You become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered and received by you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
