Shipping policy

We are constantly updating our shipping rates to provide you with the best possible prices, with every delivery being trackable and insured.

Shipping rates vary by product and country, so to check out our current rates please add an item to your cart, and then after entering your address at the checkout stage the shipping prices will be displayed.

If you live in a country for which we don't currently have a shipping rate and would like to buy one of our items, just message us on the "Chat with us" function on the bottom right-hand side, or drop us an email at rosiegoreinteriors@gmail.com and we can get a quote for the shipping for you. We have previously shipped items all around the world, so I am sure we will be able to accommodate you!

For items shipped to outside of the UK, you may be responsible for customs fees upon arrival. Please drop us a message if you have any questions about this.

To ensure they arrive safe and sound with you, all items are labelled as fragile and sent by (most times) Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour delivery, or Special Delivery for larger or higher value items.

We aim to post out all non-bespoke items within one week of your order date. Bespoke/commissioned items will take slightly longer as these are made to order, but we will update you on the progress of these, and these will also be dispatched within a week of completion.
